Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring uploaded files are correct and printable
- Verifying dimensions and tolerances
- Ensuring they have rights to reproduce uploaded designs
- Reviewing quotations before payment
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded files and designs.
By uploading files, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the design; or
- You have permission to reproduce the design
Upload2Print is not responsible for copyright or intellectual property violations caused by customer uploads.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse printing of:
- Illegal items
- Weapons or restricted components
- Dangerous products
- Copyright-infringing content
- Offensive or unlawful materials
Production & Lead Times
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Material availability
- Machine maintenance
- Courier delays
Limitation of Liability
Upload2Print shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Design failures
- Incorrect customer specifications
- Use of printed parts in critical applications
Customers use all printed products at their own risk.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes generated online are valid only for the specified period.
