Refund & Return Policy
At Upload2Print, all custom 3D printed orders are manufactured specifically according to the files and specifications provided by the customer. Because of the custom nature of these products, we have the following return and refund policy.
Custom 3D Printed Orders
All custom 3D printed parts, prototypes, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
This includes:
- STL file prints
- 3MF file prints
- STEP/STP file prints
- Custom prototypes
- Engineering parts
- Personalized items
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications are correct before confirming an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Upload2Print, we may:
- Reprint the item
- Replace the item
- Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion
Non-Custom Products
Standard non-custom products sold on our website may be eligible for returns within 30 days if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Print Quality Disclaimer
3D printed products may contain minor visible layer lines, support marks, or slight dimensional tolerances inherent to additive manufacturing processes.
